At the Riverside Resort & Conference Centre there are two onsite dining options-limited room service and the Parkview Restaurant-as well the Sunset Lounge, our relaxing sports themed bar. Fredericton Parkview Restaurant
Delight in the culinary innovations of the Parkview Restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday in a casual, friendly setting. Ask about the chef’s daily specials, and for a truly special experience, request a table on the outdoor patio overlooking the spectacular view of the Mactaquac Head Pond of the St. John River. Parkview Restaurant is open daily. Depending on if it is our high season dates from May 24th, the restaurant will be open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, or if it is our low season dates from Oct 31st, the restaurant will be open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Sunset Lounge
Drop in to the Riverside Resort’s Sunset Lounge, which offers guests a wide selection of beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. Watch a game on the big screen television and relax with company. The Sunset Lounge is open from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., daily.
In-room Dining
There’s nothing more decadent than dining in your own hotel room or suite. From 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily, the In-room Dining Menu is available to Riverside Resort & Conference Centre guests. Be sure to enquire about the Parkview Pizza special.
